IAN HAIGS.  Head Coach has a BSc (Hons) in sport coaching and fitness, is a PTR Professional certified and LTA level 3 Accredited + Coach. Ian has had years’ of experience in coaching all standards, including a spell coaching in Florida.  Ian has represented Cambridgeshire County seniors teams and represents the Army Masters team. Ian is the Cambs County and Central and Eastern Region LTA development coach of the year 2023. TIM PERRY.  I’ve been a member of the club ever since I moved to Needingworth 30 years ago and my 3 children have all benefited from the coaching when they were young.  I was proud to be a former Chairman of this wonderful club and have enjoyed playing league matches against other local teams.  I have recently taken early retirement which has given me the time to complete my Level 2 Tennis coach qualification and the opportunity of sharing my passion for tennis.   

KAZ TYERS.   My family joined Needingworth Tennis Club in 2015.  I hadn't played for many years and was extremely rusty!   The club was so friendly and welcoming and after playing in some of the social sessions, I decided that I really wanted to improve my tennis.  My children and I started attending some coaching sessions at the club which really helped improve our skills.   I was encouraged to take my Level 2 Tennis coaching qualification to help enable the club to provide a range of coaching courses for children and adults.   I'm very pleased to be part of the coaching team at Needingworth and I look forward to seeing you on court!

LIZZI FABISZ.   I am a L2 LTA qualified coach with nearly 10 years experience. I was bought up in Needingworth surrounded by tennis with my dad also being a tennis coach and avid fan. My family spent most weekends at the tennis courts and we loved the bubbly, friendly community that came with it. I always loved the game and joined this with my passion for working with children to become a tennis coach. I now teach at the local primary school and love building a relationship between the two communities. Due to teaching commitments, I mainly coach holiday camps during the school breaks however you might catch me at the rare club night!  

JOHN FABISZ   Former NTC head coach for 10 years. Currently LTA Level 2 qualified, having previously attended the LTA Development Coach Award. Representing Cambridgeshire County Senior teams. Captaining Hunts & Peterborough, Cambs and Norfolk league teams. Building links with some Norfolk clubs having lived there for the last 3 years. Now returned to this area and  looking forward to joining this great coaching team. Now wanting to have heaps of fun together on court whilst improving your tennis game.
