5月ハーフタームテニスキャンプ

5月27日(火) 〜 5月30日(金) 平日のみ 午前10-12時 

Week 申込締切 ；5月23日（金）午後6時 

申し込みの締め切りを必ず守ってください。締め切り後にいただいたお問い合わせには、対応いたしかねますので、予めご了承ください。

＊ジュニア6歳以上 
＊1日からお申し込み可能です。 
＊レベル別にコートを分け、各レベルを経験豊富なコーチが指導します。

HALF DAY 10−12時 £35/session, £140/5days 

★持ち物

• ラケット（お持ちの方はご自分のものをお使いください。お持ちでない場合は貸し出しラケットございます）
• 水筒またはペットボトル・パックランチ
• 帽子
• 雨具
• 日焼け止めをつけてきてください

★重要注意事項：

• 雨天中止はレッスン開始20分前までにLINEでご連絡します。LINE登録をお願いします：Hiroko Craven Tennis LINE ID: @884efvlx
• 雨天中止日のレッスンフィーはクレジットとなり、次の６ヶ月以内のキャンプでお使いいただけます。
• 返金はございませんのでご了承ください。
• レッスン途中で雨が降ってきた場合、レッスンの半分の時間を行うことができた場合はレッスン成立となります。
• レッスン時間の半分を行うことができなかった場合は中止扱いとなります。
• コート上での怪我等につきましては、応急処置はいたしますが、一切責任を負いかねます。ご了承された上でお申込みください。
• ご自身の都合でキャンセルされた場合は返金しかねますのでご了承ください。
• ご参加日の7日前まで、日程変更が可能です(空きがある場合のみ)。それ以降は日程変更できませんの
  でご了承ください。

May Half Term Holiday Tennis Camp 

Tues 27th May - Fri 30th May, Weekdays only, 10:00 - 12:00

Booking Closing date:  FRIDAY 23rd May at 6pm 

Please meet the registration deadline. We cannot respond to inquiries after the deadline.

+ From Age 6 plus 

+ Courts are divided by level and each level is taught by experienced coaches.

+ Discount offered for signing up for the whole week (5 days)

☆WHAT TO BRING

- Racket (If you do not have a racket, there are rackets available for rent.)
- Water bottle / Packed Lunch 
- Hat
- Water Proof clothings incase of the rain 
- Sun cream 

☆IMPORTANT NOTES

- In case of rain cancellation, we will notify you via email at least 20 minutes before the lesson starts. 

- If the lesson is cancelled due to rain, the lesson fee will be credited to your account and can be used for the next camp within the next 6 months. No refunds will be issued. 

- If it rains during the lesson and you have completed half of the lesson or more, the lesson is considered completed.

- If more than half of the lesson time cannot be completed, the lesson will be canceled.

- We will provide first aid for any injuries occured on the court. However we will not take any responsibilities for any injuries. 

- No cancellations can be made after you have made your booking. There will be a no refund issued.

- You can modify your bookings up to 7 days before a course commencing date (subject to availability). Please note that any changes cannot be made after that time.
