AGM - Tuesday 25th February 2026 at 7.30 pm
The club AGM for the closed year (Jan 1st - Dec 31st 2025) is to be held on Wednesday 25th February 2026 at 7.30pm in the clubhouse. All members are welcome.
The AGM is quorate when ten senior club members are present. All normal business is decided by majority vote. Special business (we have none tabled) requires not less than two thirds approval. The chair has a casting vote if required.

- Motion to approve the minutes of the 2024 AGM
- Review and approval of the proposed membership subscriptions and visitor’s fees for the coming season;
- Consideration of the annual accounts of the organisation;
- The election/re-election of charity trustees
- Any other competent business
