Any Adult member who wishes to bring a guest down to try out the courts and club may do so on a FOC basis on the first occasion. After this the named guest must pay a £5 fee. This should always be advised in advance by emailing chairman.ohtc@gmail.com with the guest name, so as to accord with the club insurance policy.

Any member wanting to bring a guest to play at a  club social session will need to discuss this  with a  member of the tennis committee in advance to confirm they have reached an acceptable standard of play. The named guest can only attend club sessions on 1 occasion and this will incur a charge of £5.00. This must  be paid to any committee member on the day.  

Please note that only one guest per member can play at any one time. That guest can only play at the club three times in total (irrespective of which member invites) in the membership year (1 April to 31st March). Members are reminded that it is their responsibility to ensure that their guest must follow the Club’s court etiquette and tennis rules, i.e. the guest must wear non marking trainers, etc.
