Book now for a new event, just for junior players! A fun and friendly American Tournament run by Damian Lane, our Club Coach, on Sunday 19th October at 13:30 - 15:30

We have decided to run a tournament like the ones for adults. All juniors aged 13-18 are welcome. There will be short matches of just four games with lots of different partners, so you don’t need a partner to enter. You do, however, need to be able to play with normal balls, serve and sustain a rally. There will be prizes for the players who win the most matches but also for those players who show grit and determination or for just a bit of lawn tennis flair!

It's £5 to enter and the number of players is limited to 16, so book early!

Bring your own picnic and drinks to sustain you during the tournament. 

Family and friends are very welcome to spectate and enjoy the tennis. We will be hoping for some warm Autumn weather!

Entries are now closed for the Club Championships 2025. The draw has taken place and matches are expected to start in October.

There are men's and women's singles categories, men's and women's doubles and mixed doubles too.

Once again, after the format was a success last year, the championships will be a knock-out draw using the FA cup as a model - stronger players/regular team players/previous champions will enter the draw in later rounds. The number of rounds will depend on the number of entrants and the aim is to complete the finals by the end of November.

Every match in the competition will be 2 sets, with a 7-point tie break at 6 games all. If the match is tied at 1 set all, a 10-point tie break will decide the match.

Each round must be completed by the date specified when the draw is made and communicated.

Make a note in your diary of the dates the activities this autumn and winter.

Further details for each event will be communicated nearer the time.

Club Championships - 1st October to 30th November
Christmas American Tournament - Sunday 7th December
