Clubspark Login Issues

If you encounter login issues, or find that you are unable to book courts, or are shown non-members rates when booking a coaching course, this article will help you.

Clubspark has recently changed their login screen without notice and this has caused issues to some members.

As a member, you will have initially registered to Clubspark using one of 2 options:

  • sign up directly with Clubspark with your email ID and password (the "direct" route), or
  • sign in using your existing LTA account and LTA ID (the "LTA" route)

If you registered using the LTA option and are using the system without issues, you do not need to take any action.

If you encounter login or booking issues as listed above, this might be because you initially registered with Clubspark directly and are now selecting the wrong login method.

Please use the option "Login with another method" at the bottom of the login screen as shown below. This will take you to the Clubspark "direct" login where you should use your email ID and associated password.

If this does not resolve your problem please contact us and we will assist you.

 

How to view my bookings or membership information

Should you wish to check upcoming bookings for courts or coaching courses, simply click on your name on the top right of the screen to open the drop down list and then click on your name in that list.

This will take you the screen shown below where you can view upcoming court bookings or coaching sessions and edit or cancel them if required. You can also view your membership information.

 

 

Payment information

Payments for membership are made by Direct Debit or Credit/Debit card.  Payments for coaching classes or for court lighting (evening bookings) are made by card at the time of booking.

In the unlikely event you need to make a retrospective payment (e.g. you attended a coaching course but were unable to book online) please make a bank transfer to the Club account:
Pangbourne Tennis Club, Sort Code 40-36-03, Account Number 91242237.
Please use your name, reason and date as reference e.g. "Martin Smith Coaching 7-Jun".

Incorrect LTA ID information

If you have created an LTA ID with incorrect information, this article will explain how to modify your data or request a change. An example would be where you, as a parent, have mistakenly entered you child's name and/or date of birth instead of yours, resulting in you not being able to book courts or coaching or make a payment due to age restrictions. 

If you need to change your name or email address, you can do this directly in your LTA record. Log in to Clubspark, find your name at the top corner of the screen and click on the dropdown arrow. Then click on "My LTA Login" and follow the instructions. If this option does not appear this may be because you have not used your LTA ID to register to Clubspark initially. You can still address your LTA record here.

If you need to modify your date of birth, unfortunately this cannot be done directly on your LTA record. You will need to raise a ticket with the LTA helpdesk who will do this for you. Please use this form to raise a ticket with the LTA helpdesk. Ideally sign in to your LTA account first so that your information is pre-filled on the form.
