About this course
Notes from the coach
This is a high-energy drill session - lots of running and hitting to improve skills and movement around the court. It's under lights when needed and limited to 8 participants - so book early! It's suitable for confident players keen to raise their heart rate. Older juniors who are comfortable playing with adults are welcome to attend.
