Newsletters and Social Media
For all necessary communications regarding your membership with us we will always contact you via Clubspark where your membership and data is held. This will include renewals, payment reminders, etc. When you join you are automatically signed up to our newsletter. This will help you get the most out of your membership. Its not an essential part of managing your membership you can always unsubscribe. We have several other communication channels too such as our social media pages and WhatsApp groups. All of these you can choose to opt into or not.
The PLTC Newsletter
This is our main communication channel for members to get the most out of their membership is via our newsletter. Its delivered through a service called mailchimp. We send a newsletter roughly once a fortnight (more or less depending on the main tennis season).
If you are not receiving our newsletter we may be in your junk folder. Search for 'PLTC News' and mark us as not junk. Also, try adding 'communications@PLTC.org.uk' to your safe senders list.
If you are finding we are too spammy then you can always unsubscribe. You'll still receive the important stuff about managing your membership, just none of the fun stuff.
