March	Wednesday, 27th Sunday, 31st	Tennis and Pizza End of Winter League	Play usually starts at 6.00pm No team entered in 2023/24. Hope to enter a mixed winter league team for the following year
April	Monday, 1st Monday, 1st	Welcome everyone to the start of the new tennis club membership year! Start of League/Competitive play - practice for the league. Ladies doubles and mens doubles	Renewing membership can be done via the membership page on the website. Contact secretary@pensfordtennisclub.co.uk if you want to change the category of your previous year's membership You don't have to want to be chosen for league teams, but if you are a competitive player and want to play ladies doubles or mens doubles - come along
April	Easter holiday (1st to 12th)	Easter Family Cup - Juniors Red and Orange Groups	Head Coach to send out full information to club members
April	Thursday, 18th	Walking Tennis Championship Cup	£3 entry Tea and cakes
April	Wednesday, 24th	Tennis and Quiz Club Night	Play tennis 6pm to 7pm followed by Quiz. £1 each bring a plate of tasty treats and own refreshments
May	Friday, 10th	Start of Summer League. 10 week season.	No teams entered this year. Social splay with other clubs to be arranged. Sally Whitemore is Ladies Captain and Dan Church is Mens Captain.
May	Weekend 11th &12th	Roland Garros Tournament - Adults	Competitive tournament - Head Coach to send out full information
May	Sunday 19th 1100 to 1400	OPEN DAY	All welcome - an opportunity to showcase our club and introduce new members
May	Sunday 19th 1430 onwards	Play Your Way to Wimbledon - Juniors	This is a National Event for older juniors. Open to members and non members. Head Coach to send out full information
June	whole month	Club Championships start - ladder style competition Finals day - 30th June	Sign up for Singles, Doubles, Mixed Doubles. Head Coach to send out full information
July	1st to 14th	Wimbledon Championships	We'll be running a Sweepstake - blindpick a winner from the 32 top seeds - more information in the Newsletter
July	Saturday 6th	'Wimbles' family fun social	Parents and juniors - Head Coach to send out full information
July	Sunday 14th	Wimbles Tennis afternoon (after the men's final) - Sweepstake result - cash prize!	Meet up at the pavilion for tennis and socialising - bring a plate and refreshments to share
July	Friday 19th	Last League Match
August	Sunday 11th	OPEN DAY	All welcome - an opportunity to showcase our club and introduce new members
September	Saturday 7th	US Open Tennis pre final tennis, hot dogs and Quiz	£5 entry (includes hot dog and a drink). Quiz - £1 each
September	Sunday - to be decided	Duck Race at The Rising Sun	Ducks to buy £1 from the website from mid August
October	Friday 18th	Winter League starts	This is a very friendly mixed league. Usually played on Sunday mornings. Not every Sunday by any means. Last match is end of March. Please contact pensfordtc@gmail.com to register your interest to play.

October	Sunday 27th	Daylight saving - floodlight charge	Sorry folks - floodlight charge will be applied at dusk from now until March/April
November	Friday 1st	Spot the Ball competition launched	Big fund raiser of the year - please donate a bottle for the 'Barrow of Bottles' Spot the Ball competition
November	Tuesday 19th	Whole Club AGM	Wine and cheese evening and input from membership needed
December	Sunday 8th	Xmas family Tennis afternoon & Spot the Ball draw made	Christmas jumper competition - prizes! Head Coach to send out full information
