NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Redbourn Tennis Club will be held on Monday the 27th February 2023 at 7pm via Zoom.

All Members are invited to attend the AGM. Please confirm your attendance to info@redbourntennis.org.uk  so that the link can sent to you to join the meeting.

The AGM will elect members to the Management Committee and any member who wishes to put themselves forward for election are requested to send their application to info@redbourntennis.org.uk  not less than 28 days before the date of the AGM particularly as the meeting is on line.

 AGM Agenda

1.         Welcome and opening remarks from Tim Moss, the Chair of Redbourn Tennis Club.

1. Minutes 22nd February 2022

            To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the 22nd February 2022 Annual General Meeting held online via Zoom

3.         Ordinary Business

3.1.      To receive from Tim Moss, the Chair of Redbourn Tennis Club, a report on the activities of Redbourn Tennis Club.

3.2       To receive from Paul Jewell, Treasurer of Redbourn Tennis Club, a report of the audited Financial Statements of Redbourn Tennis Club for year to 31st December 2022.

3.3       To receive from Lizzie Geeson the membership report

3.4       To receive from Megan Godfrey-Evan the coaching report

3.5       To receive the Team reports (to be included in 3.1)
