Join the RATC members club ladder
RATC run the following ladders and box leagues for members:
- Singles Ladder (Mixed)
The club uses the "Sportch". The app and ladders are free open to members of all ages and abilities.
The app allows you to easily contact opponents to arrange matches, record results and view rankings and results in real time. This is a great way to meet and play with players of a similar standard, enjoy some friendly competition and (hopefully) improve your ability!
How to join:
- Download the free Sportch app (app.sportch.co.uk/hook).
- Open the app and tap ‘Sign Up’
- Select ‘Link club’ to find us when creating your player profile
- Once you complete your profile you’re done and ready to play
Summary:
Competing through Sportch is incredibly straightforward... you can join or leave the ladder at any time and have the flexibility of playing as much or as little as you like.
Everything related to the competition, from chatting to reporting results, is done through the app. The homepage contains a live news feed of players joining and new match results so you can both see and react to how other players are doing.
After signing up, you will be placed in a dynamic zone of 5 players within the overall ladder. Your starting position is based on your self-assessed ability during registration and your ranking will update immediately as your match results are confirmed.
