Tournament Format

Group Stages: there will be 6 leagues of 4 and 2 leagues of 3.  You play each pair once and get two points for a win.  The pair with most points will progress to the knock out stages.  If you don’t play matches by the deadline then have less chance of progressing.  Deadline for finishing group stages is 20th June.  The groups have also been chosen at random.

Knock Out stages:   there will be a quarterfinal, semifinal and final round.  Semifinals – to be played on Sunday 6th July so people can watch.  If pairings cannot make it then can choose another date providing at least 3 days before final.  If a pair withdraws in knock out stage, then will be replaced with pair from previous round or highest non qualifying performers from group stages.
