Paying membership by instalments

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYING MEMBERSHIP BY INSTALMENTS

Please note that the following term and conditions apply if you choose to pay your membership in instalments:

Membership payments are made over a period of either 3,6 or 9 months (this will be indicated on package selected), with payments taken on the date of sign up unless otherwise agreed.
Bank account details/card details must be provided at the time of joining.
A 6.5% charge applies for paying membership fees by instalments.
Payment covers the full term and cannot be cancelled before all payments are completed, unless the remaining balance of membership fees is paid in full via an alternative method.
If a payment is missed, the outstanding amount must be rectified via a bank transfer to the St James Tennis Club account within two weeks.
Membership will be suspended if a missed payment is not rectified, until all fees are paid in full.

Failure to pay the full amount of membership fees for the membership year could result in further legal action.
