Yoga with Emma
Yoga classes suitable for all abilities taught by qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher.
The classes focus on balancing strength & flexibility, body alignment & body awareness using traditional yoga postures. The style of yoga is Hatha where the focus is on breath and movement.
The sessions begin with time to settle & focus, we then use stretches to warm the body, move on to a series of yoga postures & finish with time to relax using a variety of techniques.
The aim is to keep the body moving as freely as possible, to reduce stress & anxiety, to learn to listen to the body & ultimately to find peace & tranquillity.
