We use your personal data to process your membership contract, tennis court bookings, and contact you about this service. We work with the Lawn Tennis Association whose online booking portal is provided by a third-party system ‘ClubSpark’, whose privacy notice can be viewed on ClubSpark / Privacy policy (lta.org.uk). A privacy notice specifically for under 16 year olds is also available Child-Friendly Privacy Policy (lta.org.uk). An online payment portal is linked to this booking system provided by the third-party supplier ‘Stripe’ whose privacy notice can be viewed on Privacy Policy (stripe.com).
We will retain your personal information for as long as we are required to do so by law and the purpose, we collected it for. The retention period is either dictated by law or by our discretion.
We will not disclose any personal information to any other third parties unless required to do so by law.
