West Ham Park Adult Coaching
Located in Stratford, West Ham Park is the largest park in the Borough of Newham. The Tennis Centre has 12 newly resurfaced outdoor tennis courts finished to a very high standard. The facilities are carefully maintained by a dedicated team of City of London park keepers making of West Ham Park one of the most popular tennis facilities in East London.

ADULT BEGINNER LEVEL
This class is designed to introduce new players to the basics of tennis. Throughout the course, adults will cover groundstrokes, footwork, netplay and serve. Learn techniques, practice drills, and approaches to the game of tennis, by learning tennis fundamentals and basic skills.

ADULT BEGINNER - INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
This course is for players with some basic tennis skills, for those who have some experience in the past and would like to get back to tennis, as well as for players who who can hit an oncoming ball regularly.

ADULT INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
This course is for players with tennis skills who can hit an oncoming ball regularly. Here players will further develop the technical forms of their forehand, backhand, volley and serve. Players will also develop a greater understanding of the net play, footwork, court placement, and basic tactics.

This course is focused on competition. It will be an important physical and tactical part, finding the individual natural technique and tactics for each player getting the max of them in a game environment.
