Court Hire Payments |
The player participation fee will be the same regardless of which venue is used and is to cover the majority of cost of indoor court hire. This is set at £10 per player per match. TL is subsidising the shortfall between match fees and court costs. Clubs are at liberty to subsidise this.
Individual clubs are responsible for the collection of match fees.
TL will invoice the participating clubs in advance for the season’s fees at a rate of £40 per match excepting matches played at the David Lloyd Clubs (see separate arrangement below). In the cases of matches not taking place with a club not being at fault a refund will be issued. The same will apply for cancelled fixtures (see below).
TL will be responsible for the payment of the WTC and WTA invoices.
No monies will be payable for cancelled matches providing evidence of cancellation by the club involved can be provided showing a minimum of 48 hours notice to both WTC, WTA and DLK and their opponents. It is the club’s responsibility to contact both the venue direct and the opposing team in excess of the 48 hour deadline and also to inform the league referee.
If a club does not field a full team at less than 48 hours notice they are liable for the complete match cost (£80) and will be invoiced accordingly.
In the event of a player dropping out on the day and a replacement being difficult to source clubs may field a player from another club provided this player has not already represented their home club.
Payment Arrangements for matches at David Lloyd Speke and David Lloyd Knowsley
At David Lloyd Speke payment of £40 per team should be paid before the match to the DLS home captain.
At David Lloyd Knowsley payment of £40 per team should be paid before the match to the Club reception. This should be a card payment as a cashless system operates at the venue.

Match Organisation
The captains of both teams will provide one tube of match balls each for each fixture.
All players must be BTM members for online results inputting.
The winning captain will submit the scores via online entry, as per the summer league, within 72 hours of completion of the match. The result is to be confirmed by the opponents.
Fixtures must be played on the dates indicated.
All club complaints will be dealt with by the TL Match Regulations Sub Committee.
