The 2024  Tennis Liverpool league season begins Monday 29 April 2024. Let’s hope for some good weather and some great tennis over the next 14 weeks. 

Here are a few things to remember.

All players need a British Tennis Membership number linked to your club. If you haven't set up an LTA account already, you can do so for free. We would recommend Advantage Play which is free. Please remember to link your membership number to your club.

Bohemians are playing all of their home matches at Vagabonds.

Liverpool Cricket Club have had their courts refurbished and are playing back at Liverpool Cricket Club in Aigburth 

Liverpool Cricket Club C Team(men) are playing their home games on Wednesday evening 

Cressington club house not finished so first half of season no access to running water or changing facilities.  There is a Portaloo. 

If there are any changes to your Captains information then please use this link to update it.

All clubs that have not yet paid their fees to the League should do so this week please.

Please make sure you have read the match regulations, especially if you are new to the Tennis Liverpool league.

Please remember that 

• no set shall begin later than 10 minutes after sunset (local time) 
• No Match Tiebreak Set shall begin later than 15 minutes after sunset (local time) 
• all play should terminate 30 minutes after sunset unless both captains agree to play continuing beyond those times.

Liverpool v Wirral Challenge Match Monday 6th May  at Prenton LTC 

The match format will consist of 30 rubbers

• Open Age Men 6 x Singles, 3 x Doubles

• Open Age Women 6 x Singles, 3 x Doubles

• Veterans (Men Over 50, Women Over 40) 3 x Mens Doubles, 3 x Womens Doubles, 6 x Mixed Doubles
