Ts and Cs
Tennis Squad – Group Coaching Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in all Tennis Squad group coaching programmes. By enrolling yourself or your child, you agree to abide by these Terms.
Payments & Fees
- Initial Pro-Rated Payment: When you set up your Direct Debit, a one-off pro-rated payment will be taken manually to cover your sessions from the date of sign-up until the end of that calendar month.
- Ongoing Monthly Payments: Starting from the 1st day of the following month, fees are collected automatically on a rolling monthly basis via Direct Debit.
- There is no minimum contract term.
School Holidays:
- Fees continue to be collected during school holidays, even if sessions are not running. This is because the total annual cost of the programme is averaged over 39 term-time weeks to provide a consistent monthly fee.
Cancellations
- You may cancel at any time, but you must do so before the 24th day of the month either by cancelling your Direct Debit or emailing admin@tennissquad.net. Please let us know either way, this allows us time to stop the following month’s payment and offer your space to someone on the waiting list. Cancellations received after the 24th day of the month will result in the next month’s fees still being charged.
- Cancelling your Coaching Fees does not automatically cancel your Club Membership.
Session Delivery & Rain Policy
- Each programme includes four free sessions per year as a contingency for weather cancellations (e.g., rain).
- If fewer than four sessions are rained off, the “unused” free sessions are considered included.
- This policy ensures fees remain consistent regardless of weather disruptions.
Player Behaviour & Discipline
- We operate a yellow and red card system to manage behaviour during sessions.
- If a player is regularly disrupting sessions, we reserve the right to remove them from the programme without refund.
Safeguarding & Medical Consent
- By enrolling a child, you consent to us providing emergency first aid where necessary.
- You are responsible for providing all relevant medical information on the enrolment form.
- All safeguarding measures follow current best practice standards.
Data Protection
- By enrolling, you consent to Tennis Squad storing and processing your personal data in line with the latest Data Protection regulations (UK GDPR).
- We take privacy seriously and will only use your information for programme administration.
Club Code of Conduct
- All players and parents agree to abide by the Code of Conduct of the tennis club at which coaching takes place.
- The Code of Conduct is available on the club’s official website.
