LTA Registration

The Club meets the following 6 standards required for LTA  registration:

Standard 1.  Safeguarding Policies and Procedures aim to prioritise the well-being of children and adults at risk, promoting safeguarding at all times.  The Club's safeguarding policy (including whistleblowing policy) and procedures are available here.

Standard 2.  Diversity & Inclusion Policy & Procedures aim to ensure that tennis at our Club is diverse and inclusive.  The Club’s diversity & inclusion policy is available here.

Standard 3.  Welfare Officer role is held by Mrs Mary Cheney (Trustee).

Standard 4.  Criminal Record Checks.  All coaches at the Club have up-to-date Disclosure Barring Service checks. 

Standard 5.  Risk Assessment (RA).  The Club completed an annual RA for the LTA (as part of the registration process) and maintains an in-house record of hazards, a copy of which is available at this link.

Standard 6.  Coaching Safeguarding Standards.  All Level 3 coaches operating at the Club are LTA accredited.
