Notes from the coach

This group accommodates children aged 10 and is a great way for players to continue their progress from orange ball mini tennis. It is played on a full tennis court, with bigger rackets and balls that are a little softer than yellow balls. Coaching focuses on more in-depth tennis techniques/tactics and encourages increasingly physically active sessions. This is achieved with lots of drills as well as rallying with each other. Fair play and good behaviour is encouraged both on and off court
