The session is aimed at improvers. Improvers can hit the ball over the net and in the court for a short rally, but still make mistakes and may struggle sometimes when serving. This group session is drills-based and is ideal for players looking to develop their techniques and skills in executing the basic tennis strokes including the serve, forehand, backhand, volley, and smash!

The session is aimed at improvers and intermediate players. Improvers can hit the ball over the net and in the court for a short rally, but still make mistakes and may struggle sometimes when serving. Intermediate players can comfortably maintain a basic rally with forehands and backhands, whilst controlling the direction and depth of the ball. This group session is drills-based and is ideal for players looking to develop their techniques and skills in executing the basic tennis strokes including the serve, forehand, backhand, volley, and smash!
