Join us for the exciting Ashmax Cup, a lively annual club tournament suitable for all skill levels featuring timed rounds of doubles play with rotating partners.

Each round is a fast-paced 12-minute timed match with scoring based on ongoing tiebreak points. Players keep track of their scores on the provided score sheet, creating competitive sessions with potential scores such as 11-9. After the four rounds, the top-scoring male and female players will face off in a showdown to determine the overall winners.

The Ashmax Cup, kindly provided by our sponsor Ashmax Associates, awaits the tournament champions. The winners’ names will be engraved on the trophy proudly displayed in the glass trophy cabinet in the clubhouse.

After the competition, unwind and socialise at our BBQ celebration. We'll provide a selection of salads, rolls, and sauces, members are encouraged to bring their own selection of meat or fish to grill. Pimms and various soft drinks will be available, but we invite players to bring their preferred selection of beer and wine.

Player registration is £7.50, and we welcome non-players, family members and guests to join what is a social occasion as well as a competition.
