About Me

Hi, I’m Will, the founder of WS Tennis & Padel Academy and Head Coach at Llanelli Tennis & Squash Club. 

I work with players of all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to performance players. My goal is simple - to create a fun, supportive environment where every player feels valued and enjoys being on court.

I strongly believe in developing the athlete first, not just the tennis player and like to create sessions where players enjoy themselves while improving their skills. No two sessions are ever the same, and it’s especially rewarding to see young players staying active, learning, and having fun outdoors.

I started playing tennis at 12 years old at Swansea Tennis Centre, and by 14 I was part of the Regional and National Academy squads. I later joined Llanelli Tennis Club in 2015, where I continue to represent the club in league matches.

• 2024-present - Head Coach at Llanelli Tennis Club
• 2025-2026 - Head of Development at Swansea Tennis Centre
• 2025-present - South Wales U10s County Assistant Captain
• Experience coaching junior & adult development players of all ages and abilities
• Experience coaching regional and national performance pathway players from U8s to U18s at Swansea Tennis Centre

• BSc in Biomedical Sciences at Swansea University
• Level 3 LTA Accredited plus Tennis Coach
• Level 2 LTA Accredited Padel Coach
• Emergency First Aid at Work Qualification
• Enhanced DBS Check
• Safeguarding & Protection training
