This session is suitable for players who are new or returning to tennis. Basic stroke techniques will be covered as well as some basic tactics in tennis.

This coach-led session will help adults get to grips with the technical basics of tennis linked to a better tactical outcome. We will look at rallying with the forehand and backhand, serving overarm, volleying, forehand and backhand slice, as well as some racket skills. We may also look at some doubles situations where players will work with a partner to problem-solve different doubles tactical scenarios. This session is a great chance for you to meet new people and most importantly enjoy the sport we love to coach.
