To minimise risk of injury all players are advised to wear proper tennis shoes, not runnng shoes or trainers. Tennis shoes are designed to provide better foot and ankle support and have a different sole grip to everyday trainers.
Please remember that under the Club Rules Members and non-members are not permitted to run commercial coaching sessions on the Club courts without the written approval of the Committee. Members can arrange to receive coaching from a professional who is a non-member but the sessions cannot include players who are not members of the Club.
