We are delighted that Wheldrake Tennis Club now has 3 courts, with a newly laid tarmac hard court surface.
Carried out by Fosse contractors over the winter, the tired old carpet courts were ripped up and replaced with a brand new Macadam surface as part of the Wheldrake Recreation Association's MUGA development project. New fencing, nets and markings have also been installed as part of this works.
We are delighted to once again have 3 playable courts, meaning that the mixed team home martches can once again be played at Wheldrake.
