MEMBERSHIP YEAR

As we close out on the membeship year 2023/2024 our next membership year will begin on 1st April 2024 and run through to 31st March 2025. You can join at anytime in the year with a pro rata monthly reduced payment with the Adult and Family memberships only.

A pro rata monthly reduced membership applies to all new joiners for the Adult and Family memberships only.

1. LOGIN to ClubSpark if not already logged in, see TOP RIGHT hand side of this page
2. Select this MEMBERSHIP sub-page (again!) and scroll down to the list of packages at the bottom
3. Select the package required -Adult, Family, Young Adult or Junior membership 
4. Pay online - we are now using automated  online payment. After successful payment online your membership is immediately activated and court booking access granted. Paying by cheque is possible but makes us work even harder and takes a little longer ....
5. Please check and update your profile details as required from this link.

NEW JOINERS

For those wishing to join, welcome!

Pro rata membership will ensure that you only pay for the part of the year that you belong to WCTC.

GUEST FEES

Members may invite 1 guest per session and a guest fee must be collected. 

Members must pay the following guest fees:

- £2.00 per person per hour for a daytime court

- £4 per person per hour for floodlit court.

PAY AND PLAY FEES

Adult non-members can also book to pay and play up to 4 days in advance.

Choose an available slot , click it and follow the online payment instructions.

For Juniors (under 16 year of age),  the responsible parent or guardian must book and pay the booking, and are advised to supervise their children  at all times on the court.

Pay and Play fees are :

- £5 per hour (no flood lights)

- £10 an hour (winter with flood lights)
