About this course
Notes from the coach
Rusty Rackets is a coaching session for people who have not played tennis for a long time and are keen to get back into it. Also suitable for people wanting to try tennis for the first time. The session is based around basic technique and hitting drills, tactic based drills and point play. You must have your own tennis racket.
