One of the friendliest place you would ever come by, that is open to tennis players of any level. This is an LTA affiliated club that has free to hire courts for members. The all weather courts have flood lights so you could easily have an after work tennis session even in the winter. This club is managed by the loveliest group of tennis enthusiasts who will make you feel part of the family.

Welcome to Worplesdon Tennis
We are a friendly village tennis club based in Worplesdon, just north of Guildford in Surrey. The Club is affiliated to The Lawn Tennis Association and has been granted the LTA's Tennis Clubmark accreditation, recognising the achievement of excellent standards in club tennis.
Where do we play?
We play on four courts at the far end of Worplesdon Memorial Hall playing fields.
There are many benefits of becoming a member of Worplesdon tennis club:
Adult club sessions - balls provided
Monday and Friday 9.30am - 12, Saturday 9.30am - 12.30pm, Wednesday 9.30 to 12 and 6pm -9pm
7 days a week, 7am - 10pm free access to 4 courts to play with any other club members, booking via the bookings tab on this website.
Four courts equipped with floodlights which members can use free of charge.
Free use of the ball machine (including supervised juniors)
Use of amenities in our small club house (subject to Covid restrictions). - Toilet, fridge, microwave, coffee, tea etc
Free entry to intra club mini singles league
Free entry into intra club doubles league
Entry into annual intra Club tournament, Ladies singles, Mens singles, Ladies doubles, Mens doubles, Mixed doubles and Veterans (over 60) doubles.
Opportunity to represent Worplesdon Tennis club playing League matches against other clubs in the Aldershot and District League.
Tuesday evening 7pm - 9pm match practice, when no League games are scheduled
WhatApp group available to find other members to play and arrange games
Social activities, including use of bar in the pavilion, positioned by the cricket pitch
Resident coach Andrew Bird at In2tennis
Free membership of British Tennis and access to the LTA Wimbledon ticket draw
We are currently offering NHS staff a 20% discount and no joining fee.
We are also pround to have donated over £1,100 in the last 3 years to charities; Dementia UK, Phyliss Tuckwell Hospice and Emerge Advocacy
Can I hire a court ?
We believe our membership packages offer excellent value for money, and we encourage anyone who wants to play to join. However, we recognise that not everyone has the time or the opportunity to play regularly. WTC is keen to give everyone that wants to play tennis the opportunity to do so. We therefore have made one court available at certain times to be hired at £8ph, just click on the bookings tab

Membership
New members, of all ages and standards, are always welcome. We have no 'playing in' policy as our aim is to provide a village amenity and we offer membership categories to suit all needs.
