Lots of co-operative rallying at a slower pace - fundamental techniques and tactics. Ideal for improvers moving up to playing with the regular Yellow Ball, Intermediate Players who like a slow warm-up session going through all the shots and Rusty Rackets Players who haven't played in a while and want a comfortable way to get their feel back.
