How to Book or Cancel a Court
Booking courts can be made using this website and the free Clubspark App (available at App Store and Google Play), using your existing Clubspark login and password. You can print off the instructions from the web page, if you prefer.
TO BOOK A COURT AND RECORD PARTICIPANTS, follow the process below:
- Go to the Blofield Tennis Club Website
- Sign in to the website
- Go to the ‘Booking’ heading
- Select the day you wish to book a court by clicking on the calendar icon or scroll through the days
- Click on the start time for your required booking, which will open a new window
- Your name will be pre-filled
- Select end time for booking by clicking on the drop-down box (multiples of 15 mins)
- Click on ‘Add participant’
- Insert first and last name of player and scroll to bottom of box and click on ‘Save’ button
- Click on drop down box next to new participant/player and select ‘member’ or ‘guest’
- Repeat for all participants/players apart from yourself
- Press ‘Continue booking’ button
- Your booking has been confirmed and should appear on the booking calendar and in your ‘view my bookings’section
- If participants/players are guests, send £5 guest fee, per guest to the Club Bank account see booking page for details.
It is not possible, at the present time, for members to edit existing bookings. To correct details of participants, in the event of change(s), you will need to cancel the original booking and re- book using the above process.
TO CANCEL A BOOKING :
- Go to the Blofield Tennis Club Website
- Go to the ‘Booking’ heading
- Go to ‘View my booking’ and click on the purple ‘View my booking’ words
- You will see all bookings in your name
- Identify the booking you wish to cancel and click on the ‘Cancel’ button to the right of the booking
- Select ‘Yes’, when prompted
- The booking will show as ‘cancelled’
