This year saw over 50 members and friends enjoy a BBQ following the American Tournament run in the afternoon of 19 August. A beautiful evening helped make it a memorable event and using the grass area between courts 2 & 4 was warmly recieved by everyone.

The burgers and hot dogs were cooked to order by Belinda, her sister and AJ and were delicious! 

A big thank you to Belinda's cooks, Diana's raffle extravaganza and Karen's cake stall which together raised a cracking £292.40 towards club funds and everyone else who helped set up and take down.

Another big thank you to members who generously donated raffle prizes and cakes for this event.

The American tournament saw some fantastic tennis with players enjoying 5 rounds of competitive play - eventual winners Kevin Robinson and Jenny Shepherd (nee Stocker) taking the prizes.

The next Club Social Event is the popular Quiz Night on 14 October 2023 - 6pm onwards. Save the Date and start organising your teams - further details to follow in September.
