Barclays Big Tennis Weekend
Check back here after Easter 2026 for details of our next LTA's Barclays Big Tennis Weekend. Adults and children in our local community will be most welcome to come and take part in activities on the day FREE OF CHARGE. Planned activities are listed and described below; additional items may be added closer to the event.

Walking Tennis Tasters - Love tennis but looking for a gentler pace of play? Walking Tennis is safe, fun and inclusive and a fantastic way to stay active without running or jumping!
Junior Coaching - Join a group of up to 8 juniors around the same age for fun tennis with coaching support.
Adult Coaching - Join a group of 4 adults to play and get some tips for improvement - with coaching support.
Family Time - Book a court for your family to play together or join up with a friend's/neighbour's family and make it a challenge!
Free-Play (for Adults) - Book a court for an hour for you and up to 3 other adults to play singles or doubles.
Please note that we can lend rackets for juniors and for adults who taking part in walking tennis sessions.
