Frequently Asked Questions:

  • How long to courses last for?

    Courses run in half terms, in line with the school terms. Each course length is normally between 6-8 weeks. We run couirses all year round, along pausing during school holidays. 

  • Can I join part way through a course? Yes! Session costs are pro-rata for the remaining weeks of the course. Please see our coaching page for our current programme.

  • Do I need my own racket? No, we have equipment you can borrow and all balls are provided within our coaching sessions. Our coaches are also on hand to advise on the best racket for your game too.

  • Myself or child has never taken part in tennis before, and are not very good, will I be OK in the session?
    Yes! Everyone is welcome to attend our coaching sessions. We have sessions for all ages and abilities to allow all to take part.

  • What happens if the weather is bad? We try and run sessions whenever is possible, and try not to cancel many sessions. However, if the weather is too bad, and would make the session either miserable or unsafe, the coach would cancel a session. If a session is going to be canceled players will receive a text/email as early before the session as possible, letting them know the situation.  The contact details used will be the ones provided when booking into sessions. Cancellations/Refund Policy

If a session is cancelled due to weather or other similar situations then players will be invited to other sessions within the programme to make up for this lost session, where possible. As mentioned above, we will look to give as much notice as possible in this situation.

Refunds will be considered at the discretion of the management and in other unforseen circumstances.
