Eligibility & Booking

• Courts may only be booked by registered members listed within their household membership.
• Members are responsible for ensuring all players on court comply with club rules.

Gate Access & Entry

• Your gate PIN will activate 15 minutes before your booked start time.
• If you do not enter within 15 minutes after your booking start time, your PIN will expire and become invalid. Example: For a 10:00am booking, access is available from 9:45am. If you have not entered by 10:15am, access will be cancelled.
• Once your PIN has been accepted, it will remain active until the end of your booked session, allowing re-entry if needed.
• Always ensure gates are closed, firmly shut, and locked behing you.
• Do not open the gate for anyone else - all users must use their own PIN.

Court Use & Conduct

• No skates, bikes, scooters, or sharp objects are permitted on the courts.
• Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• The courts are unsupervised and are used at your own risk.

Court Conditions & Weather

• If the court surface feels slippery or unsafe, please do not play.
• If leaves or debris are present, sweep the court before playing. A broom is available in the storage box.
• Wear appropriate clothing and non-slip footwear at all times.

Floodlights

• Switch on only the lights for the court you are using.
• Floodlights automatically switch off at 10:00pm.
• At the end of your session, turn off all lights and switches, even if they have already turned off automatically.

Guests & Non-Members

• Members may bring a limited number of guests per year, depending on membership type.
• If a court is used by non-members after your guest allowance has been exceeded, a charge of £5 per court per hour will apply.

Medical & First Aid

• If you have a medical condition or injury, please be aware that assistance may not be available.
• Basic first aid kits are available on court - please follow signage.
