How do I book a court from the CCTC website?

• Go to our Booking page.
• Log in using your LTA Account credentials (username & password).
• Review court availability – use navigation to check different days and courts.
• Click your desired time slot and complete the pop-up details (duration and participants), then Click Continue Booking.
• Review the confirmation summary screen and Click Confirm.
• Your 4-digit court access code will appear on the summary screen and be emailed to you.

How do I book a court from the 'ClubSpark Booker' App?

• Sign in to the App (available on Android & iOS) using your LTA Account credentials.
• Tap the blue 'Book A Court' button.
• On the My Clubs screen, select CCTC.
• Review court availability – navigate between days and courts as needed.
• Select your court, time, date, and duration.
• Review the confirmation summary screen and Click Confirm.
• Your booking will now appear under the 'Upcoming' tab.

Why do all the courts seem unavailable?

If all courts show as unavailable (padlocked), please check that you are logged in and that you are a named member of your household account.

What if I have forgotten my LTA username or password?

Click the “Forgotten password?” or “Forgotten username?” links on the login screen to recover your details.

How do I cancel a booking?

On the website: Navigate to View My Bookings, select the booking, and click Cancel Booking.

On the app: Go to Upcoming, find the booking, and select Cancel Booking.

Why do I get a 4-digit code?

Your 4-digit court access code gives you entry to the courts at Colden Common.

Enter your code into the keypad and press #.

The code is only active for the time you booked.

How does the gate code work?

Your gate PIN activates 15 minutes before your booking start time.

If you do not enter within 15 minutes after your booking time, your PIN will expire and become invalid.

Example: For a 10:00am booking, access is available from 9:45am. If not entered by 10:15am, access is cancelled.

Once your PIN is accepted, it remains active until the end of your session, allowing re-entry if needed.

What is Single Sign-On (SSO)?

The LTA uses a single set of credentials (username & password) for all digital platforms, including the Colden Common Tennis Club booking system. You only need to remember one login for all LTA services.
