Padel courts open for play on 1 July, bookings now available

Our three Padel courts are brand new as of Summer 2024 and are available to both club members and non members on a Pay & Play basis.
Booking periods are 60 or 90 minutes. Players may not book more than one court per day.
Courts are £22 per hour off peak, and £26 per hour at peak periods which are weekdays 5 to 9pm and Saturdays from noon to 5pm.
There is STRICTLY NO PLAY AFTER 9PM, otherwise access and bookings will be suspended and your status revoked.
All Padel payments, subscriptions and bookings are made through the separate East Dorset Padel page on the Playtomic app which can be downloaded from your app store, see links below.
East Dorset Tennis & Croquet members may book 15 days in advance and hold 15 live reservations at any one time.
For non club members, Standard bookings may be made 5 days in advance however you can upgrade in the Playtomic app to become a Padel Booking Player for a limited time introductory price, currently £50 for 12 months, which gains you 14 day advance priority booking, 4 reservations at any one time plus 10% off in our cafe and bar.

HOW TO BOOK

1. To download the Playtomic app click below

2. Register your details on the app and don't forget to verify your account via email.
3. From the app Home page scroll to Your clubs and search for East Dorset Padel, you can add it as a favourite by clicking the heart icon.
4. On our Padel Club Home screen you can top up your payment Wallet which will save you the non refundable 4% Playtomic booking fee.
5. If you're not already an East Dorset Club member and want 14 day advance booking then you need to be a Padel Booking Player. Select the Membership screen (top menu to the right of Competitions) to upgrade and subscribe to become a Padel Booking Player.
6. To book a court, scroll to the Booking screen or click on Book a Court from the Home screen and search for East Dorset Padel.
7. Choose your day, time to play and then length of booking, 60 or 90 minutes, prices on the image below are illustrative only.
8. Pay for the court. You pay for the whole court or your 25% share of the booking and add the names of other players. You need to check to see if the app recognises them as registered Playtomic users who have verified their accounts, in which case they will receive your booking inviation and be abe to pay their share. If they have not yet verified their account then they will be unregistered and will not be able to pay through the app and you will be charged the balance of the booking. You can pay by card however it's cheaper for you to pay via the Wallet on the Playtomic app as this saves you a 4% booking fee.
9. At checkout you can add extra such as Racket Hire
Confirm your booking and enjoy your game.
10. To cancel your booking, within the app select Profile, bottom right of your screen, select the booking you would like to cancel then scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the cancel option. Courts canceled within 60 minutes of booking are not charged the booking fee. No cancellations within 24 hours of the booking start time.
