Volunteers needed to staff bar at Jubilee dinner and dance on 2 June

There are a number of events being planned in Frampton to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, one of which is a black tie dinner and dance on the evening of Thursday 2 June.  The event will take place in a large marquee on the village green and there will be a bar, running from 5 pm until 1 am. The organisers are looking for volunteers to run the bar - spread over two shifts (presumably four hours duration for each).  Because our tennis club has been a good source of volunteers for the Country Fair each September, we have been asked by the dinner dance organisers to find volunteers for the bar work.  In return, the tennis club would receive a charitable donation.

The donation we get for providing support at the Country Fair is always very welcome and it would be very beneficial if we could enlist some volunteers and receive an extra boost to our income from the dinner dance.  If you are interested in working behind the bar (no experience necessary!) please let Tim Tyler know, and please specify whether you would prefer an early or late shift (or don't mind either).  Tim will collate responses and liaise with the organisers.
