🏆 Award-Winning Start to the Year
We’re delighted to begin 2026 with some fantastic news. LTA Gloucestershire has recognised our club with two prestigious awards:
• Gloucestershire Tennis Competition of the Year Award 2026 – for our Finals Day in July
• Gloucestershire Tennis Development Coach of the Year Award 2026 – awarded to our Head Coach, Ben
What a brilliant achievement and a wonderful reflection of the hard work across the club. We look forward to collecting these awards at the Awards Dinner later this year.

🥇 League Success & New Silverware
Jenny Courts represented the club at the Gloucestershire Leagues AGM, returning with four shiny trophies, now proudly displayed in the clubhouse cabinet:
• Gloucestershire LTA Winter League 2024/25 – Mixed Division 3B Winners: Frampton A Team
• Gloucestershire LTA Winter League 2024/25 – Mixed Division 4A Winners: Frampton B Team
• Gloucestershire LTA Summer League 2025 – Ladies Division 5A Winners: Frampton Ladies B Team
• Gloucestershire LTA Summer League 2025 – Men’s Division 4A Winners: Frampton Men’s B Team

🎄 Festive Events & End-of-Year Celebrations
We had a wonderfully busy end to 2025, both on and off the court.
Christmas Tennis Meal
38 members joined us for a lovely festive evening—an opportunity to relax, socialise, and celebrate together. During the evening we presented:
• Engraved trophies from Club Champions Finals Day
• Club Member of the Year: Jenny Courts
• Team of the Year: Ladies C Team
Congratulations to all our winners.
Festive Tennis Celebration
We rounded off December with a fun-filled end-of-year tennis event, welcoming 44 members for two hours of games, friendly competition, laughter, and seasonal cheer. Members of all abilities and ages mixed in, creating a fantastic club atmosphere.

🎾 League Updates
Our Winter League teams have been very busy, battling both opponents and the elements as they work to complete the season.
Gloucestershire Winter League
• Frampton A: The unbeaten team have a chance to win the league on Friday and just needs 4 points to do so
• Frampton B: Currently 3rd, just two points off 2nd, with a game in hand
• Frampton C: Sitting in 1st place at the end of 2025 – fantastic work and on track for promotion, pushing for winning their division as well
• Over 60s Team: Lower end of the table, but with closely fought matches, strong determination, and great team spirit
Stroud Winter League
Both Frampton teams are currently 1st place at the midway point of the season—an excellent result.
Supporters are always welcome. Please come along to home matches if you can—your encouragement really does make a difference.

Suggested donation: £5 per person
