Join us at midday on Monday 19 April for a 12:15pm start. You'll be able to meet the other runners and say hello to Joe Hill, our run leader.
Joe will explain the logistics of the route (reminding everyone that the run is gentle and that there is no pressure to 'keep up'), and that at the forefront of the run is support... This really will be a safe space to talk about how you're really doing.
