The Grove Chelmsford LTC Annual General Meeting will take place on WEDNESDAY 12  NOVEMBER at 19:30 in the CLUBHOUSE.

Note that, as this is a Wednesday, social play that evening will have to stop at this time.
 
This is your opportunity to propose items to be included in the agenda. We already have one proposal but if there is any item that you feel strongly about, and would like to see it discussed at the meeting, please write to me and Andy Price no later than 29 October. Any such proposal must be supported in writing by at least six members. 

Most members of the committee have announced that they are happy to continue in their position however Wendy Calverley is stepping down as Junior Fixture Secretary. On behalf of all members of the committee I would like to thank her for her hard work over the past few years.

A replacement for Wendy has been found but as usual, if you wish to be considered for election to the committee in ANY role, please write to me and Andy Price. If any position is contested then this position will be subject to election at the AGM.
 
The agenda for the meeting  including any member items will be circulated to you 29 October.
