Horncastle and District Lawn Tennis Club

Horncastle & District Tennis Club is a Community Amateur Sports Club run by a committee of volunteers.

The Club provides welcoming opportunities and the right environment to encourage everyone who wishes to play tennis to be able to take part.  
The Club caters for all ages and abilities from 4 year olds through to a thriving pensioners section and actively encourage families to play together.

Amongst facilities offered are:

• 5 Floodlit Macadam all weather hard courts

• 3 Floodlit Mini Red Under 8 courts

• Mini Orange Under 9 courts permanently marked on all courts

• Practice Wall marked with targets

• Courtside Clubhouse with toilet and kitchen facilities

• Full Coaching Programme with LTA Accredited and Accredited+ coaches.

Coaching and Play

The club has a dedicated coaching programme.  Our belief is that tennis is a fun sport which can be enjoyed at all levels. The coaches strive to provide a friendly and professional environment at Horncastle Tennis Club.

Our programme is constantly evolving to meet the needs of our members.  There are groups for all ages and abilities from 1 years up to 70+. We run a variety of daytime, evening and weekend groups to cater for everyone. Private lessons can be arranged with any of the coaches at mutually convenient times, either on a regular or one off basis.

Membership Benefits

• Free use of the courts for private play at any time.   Access is via a coded padlock. Book a court!

• Free play on Club night - Tuesdays 6:30pm to 8:30pm

• Coach available at Club night to organise doubles and singles matches and welcome new members and guests.

• Various categories of membership are available from £15
