Adult (Trial) Membership
Includes access to our Social Mix-In on Wednesdays from 6pm & Saturdays from 2pm, all non-tennis social events, plus one court per day for a maximum of 60-minutes, booked by our membership secretary
Valid for 1-month after which Trial Members are invited to join on an annual membership less the £25 Trial membership fee. Note this discount does NOT apply between 01 October & 31 March when we introduce our pro rata fees
Adult (Out of County) Membership
Available to adults whose main residence is outside the Kent postcode area (proof of primary address required). Annual membership costs £95 per adult and includes full access to all club facilities and events

Floodlights
Members may use the floodlights free-of-charge which are operated from a control panel in the pavilion
It is the responsibility of players to ensure floodlights are TURNED OFF at the end of play/before leaving the club
The HLTC club year begins 01 April and ends 31 March the following year
Pro rata rates apply between 01 October - 31 March & all applicable membership fees are reduced on the 1st of each month during this period
Bursaries are available for youngsters aged between 11 - 17. For all enquiries contact our membership secretary
Junior (Senior Status) members have access to the online court booking system and may play in the Adult Social Mix-Ins (by invite of the Head Coach)

Adult (P/G) members may book 1 court per day and play with other family members only during Off-Peak times (Monday - Friday between 12noon - 6pm & anytime at weekends). Membership includes access to all non-tennis social events
Eligibility: 1 Adult (P/G) membership PLUS 1 or more Junior (Full) memberships for youngsters aged between 11 - 17. Children aged 4 - 10 qualify for a free Junior (Mini) membership. Please register all family members

Any full adult member may introduce guests to the club. No one may be admitted as a guest on more than five occasions in any club year. The cost is £6 per guest, per court
Eligibility: Guests must be 16 or older. Each payment is valid for ONE court session only

Slinger (Ball Machine) Hire 24/25
2 weeks membership
The Ball Machine must be booked at least 24-hours in advance, for 1-hour maximum, on courts 1, 4 or 8 only. After using please return the machine, along with the ball collector and ALL tennis balls, to the storage cupboard ensuring it is re-locked.
Eligibility: Maximum of 2 Adult (Joint, Single or Student) members may use the machine per booking. A training session is required before using the Ball Machine for the fist time. Each payment is valid for ONE session during OFF-PEAK TIMES ONLY 7-9am & noon-5pm.
