Introduction
MPC Tennis and Fitness was established in 2018 and caters to tennis players of all ages and abilities.
We focus on all the key elements of the sport of tennis: Technical Coaching, Strength and Conditioning, Tactical Coaching, and Mental Coaching. Excitingly, in 2025, we have also added Padel Tennis to our coaching offering - not to mention the use of our brand new indoor tennis courts!
We are based primarily at the prestigious Grange Dyvours Club in Stockbridge, Edinburgh. We also run ad-hoc courses across the city, Inverleith, The Meadows, and alumni events at The University of Edinburgh.
We also offer Strength and Conditioning for a variety of different sports and deliver the #1 participated Cardio Tennis programme in Scotland (2017/2018/2021/2022).
