If you have a safeguarding concern please contact the Venue Welfare Officer, details of each of these can be found below. The Venue Welfare Officer will pass the details of the concern on to the LTA Safeguarding Team at the earliest opportunity and the relevant local authority and the police will be contacted, where appropriate.

If you do not feel comfortable raising a concern with the Venue Welfare Officer, then you can contact the LTA Safeguarding Team directly on 020 8487 7000 or complete their online reporting form Register a Concern | Tennis Association | Tennis in Britain (lta.org.uk)

You can also contact the safeguarding teams within the Local Authority, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames to report a concern or to request support.
