The club has a formal set of agreed rules (The Club Rules). These define how the club is run.

From time to time, the management committee must review The Club Rules and update them if necessary.  We have recently gone through them and brought them up to date with regard to things such as referencing that suppliers may be paid through online banking rather than just by cheque, and to more clearly define the definitions of the two member types, Full or Junior.
