Adult Make up Classes

We try and be as flexible as possible and enable you to play the tennis you have paid for. So if you have to miss an adult group class you can attend an equivalent group class (not an individual session) within the same time period of your block booking, with the conditions below.

A few points:

• A make up class is only available if you let us know at least 12 hours in advance that you are not attending, so we know we can use your class space. 
• If you just miss a class a make up class is not available.
• Unfortunately it is not an automated make up system so please email tennisschool@reeds.surrey.sch.uk saying which day and class you will be missing and what day and class you ideally would like to use for your make up and we will let you know if that class is available, based on space.
• Please see our Adult Playing Guide for equivalent classes for your standard. There are classes available for all standards.
• Make up classes must be taken within the same time period of the block you booked. They cannot be carried over to another half term or term or exchanged for individuals or credit. (In the event of injury please do get in touch.)
