Cardio Tennis at Riverside Tennis Club

If you're looking to melt calories, get fitter, meet likeminded people and improve your game we run 4 Cardio Tennis groups a week. The group fitness sessions focus on speed, agility & stregnth. You can work at your own pace and it's a really fun way to get fit.


1. It's not coaching but is run by a coach - anyone can take part.
2. It uses low compression balls [to make you hit HARDER]
3. It will develop your fitness & movement on court and help you to improve your game.
5. You can do it at your own pace - Make it harder or easier for yourself

You can pay on the day and join part way through the term. We offer discounts for block booking and have a Cardio Tennis Membership for exisitng members and non-members to give you full access to the sessions throughout the year with great discounts
