BENEFITS of AFFILIATION to TENNIS BORDERS (TB) by CLUBS and other PLACES TO-PLAY include ACCESS to:

• Services of the foregoing TB officials and committees
• TB tournaments, leagues and knock-out cup competitions for adults, juniors and seniors (40+, 55+ & 70+ age groups in The Borders)
• Opportunities for talented youngsters to be identified locally – leading to performance squad training
• Tennis and mini tennis coaching/training by qualified coaches and competitive opportunities for suitably dedicated and talented youngsters (by invitation) 
• At least 1 Level 3 Coach per East, West + Central area of The Borders
• Coach and assistant training and/or updating within The Borders
• Local roadshows and club visits as required
• Local opportunities for trainee referees to gain experience
• TB annual handbook with updated information, competition details, fixtures, rules, coaching and referee lists, Active Schools information, etc. and previous year's results

ALL THIS FOR JUST:

• Payment of an annual fee (currently only £50 per court)
• Sending updated information to the TB Handbook Editor by the end of January each year

ALSO, with this affiliation (and with payment of their fee) you are affiliated to Tennis Scotland (TS) and the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA), whose benefits include:

• Access to the services of the foregoing development officer, talent & performance co-ordinator and competitions officer 
• Entry into the Scottish Inter-Club Challenge Cup competition
• Scottish inter-district competitions for various age groups of juniors (by invitation)
• LTA inter-county competitions for adults, seniors (35+ age groups) and various age groups of juniors (by invitation)
• Other TS competitions as arranged from time to time
• Access to TS coaching conferences and other TS and/or LTA training/ updating courses
• Opportunity to nominate recipients for certain TS annual awards
• The club draw for Wimbledon tickets – please note that junior and adult club members have this opportunity
